Oh, it's breathtaking, friend. See Him standing there in the supreme--the supremity of His Deity. He's the Judge, the Priest, the King, the Eagle, the Lamb, the Lion, the Alpha, the Omega, the Father, Son, Holy Ghost; He that was, which is, and shall come. Tread out the winepress of the fierceness of God, and pleased everything, until God said at the cross... When He raised up, He said, "It's finished." Pleased God so, till the Spirit that left Him come back on Easter morning and picked Him up and rose Him again for our justification. There John looked up and saw Him standing there with feet of brass, eyes like flames of fire running to and fro throughout the earth. Daniel saw Him seven hundred years before that in the same position, the same kind, same Man standing there, the Ancient of days, and One like the Son of man that joined in with Him, and all judgment was committed to Him, stand at the white throne judgment. Seeing these things, what kind of people ought we to be, friends? God bless you is my prayer. See? You love Him? You believe Him? Have you anchored your soul in Him?

Now, tonight, He comes with a flaming fire. He's looking down into Laodicea--or down into Thyatira. This is the age that the church is married into Catholicism and paganism, or Nicolaitanism and paganism wedded together and formed and gave birth to the first church, organized church. And God said that the deeds of the Nicolaitanes (which was in the Ephesians), over in the little church of Pergamos became a doctrine, and said it was a doctrine of Balaam. And Balaam was the one who taught Israel to go over there and commit fornications, or they committed fornications with Moab, which was a lukewarm church member, or the common church, the great organization. And we find out that God said that Nicolaitane doctrine which was the--take the--put all the power up in a church and set it aside and make it an organization, He said, "You hate it, and I hate it too." He just keeps saying, "Hate it. Hate it. Hate it." And it's come into full swing here. See how the church squeezed out, right up here till just a little bitty thing, and that's the church we're on now.

And Saint Peter never founded the Catholic church. I want one history or one bit of Scripture. Saint Peter was a married man. You said he was a pope. He couldn't have been a pope. Peter was a married man. The Bible said, "His wife's mother laid sick of a--of a fever, and Jesus healed her." And as far as I know, Saint Peter was never in Rome. And there's no history that ever shows he was in Rome. And that's a error. But they organized and set together a church called the universal church. There they made a universal prayer. They had perfect harmony; everybody had to be together, everybody say the same thing. The same prayer was said. And they made up a bunch of Scripture, taking them from the Bible, many of them, and making others. There is not purgatory mentioned one time in all the sacred Books of the Bible; no "Hail Marys," nothing like that. It's always contrary, against it, everywhere in the Scripture. Never was it at any time. And if you find any place, you've got the privilege of coming tomorrow night and correcting me. It's not there, nowhere; bring your priest or pastor. There is no place in the Scripture where it's ever mentioned. The only little book of the Maccabees that was added into This, which is not inspired; the things that was put in This, or took out of This. This Bible is the only One. The... It's been recognized by the early founders, or any of the early church historians, or any time of the Orthodox Jew, and never recognized nothing but this Bible that we have today.
Now then, in that, listen close now. Now, you think the Catholics is getting a thrashing? Just a moment. See? Now, then they organized the Catholic church, and it started a persecution, that they would... You had to make everyone, everywhere, the church and state united together, and brought in from pagan Rome to papal Rome. In other words, from a pagan superstition they adopted Christianity in their own form. See? They couldn't understand why that man would stand and pray to nothing. They were pagan, so they just took down Venus and put up Mary; they took down Jupiter, put up Peter, some kind of a statue to worship. Now, and they worshipped before that. And they made a universal prayer, said it in Latin so it would never fail, and so forth. They always say the same.

Luther God's messenger to Sardis Church Age from 1520 to 1750.

Branham God's messenger to Laodicea Church Age from 1906 until I don't know. "No one know the day the Lord is coming" But I tell you His coming is past due.
Bro, LutherBro, Wesley Bro, Branham Luther preached the just shall live by faith. He refused the communion of being the literal body of Christ and throwed it on the floor, that young priest Martin Luther, and preached the just shall live by faith. Is that right? John Wesley preached sanctification, the second definite work of grace (Is that right?), separating himself from the things of the world.
Martin Luther had a real revival. When Luther was living he kept it straight. You know Martin Luther spoke in tongues? Yes, sir, sure did. And he had great signs and wonders. But when Luther died, what taken place? The church organized and there she went. Another round come up through the incubator, and all away they went. Now, see, Martin Luther, he happened to see the great Pillar of Fire, and he followed It. And... But what did he do? What did they do? They organized right under this Pillar of Fire, and you can't organize God. So the Pillar of Fire moved, and Luther couldn't move with it because he was organized. Then John Wesley saw, and away he went on sanctification. And what did they do after the days of Wesley? They organized it. And what did it do then when the baptism--then it moved out again, the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Then Pentecostal saw it and away they went, after it. But what did they do? The same thing the rest of them done, organized right under it. After the first round of the old fathers, about forty, fifty years ago these young fellows come in. Then the young fellows and the grandchildren begin to come. There you are (See?), right back the same thing.

Tell me. Let me just ask you one thing, any historian here, which I know there's five or six of you setting here. I want you to come and produce me one Scripture, or--or--or one text of--of history, that any of them churches that ever fell and went back into the organization ever rose again with a revival. Tell me. When they organized themselves, did they ever have a revival after they organized? No, sir. The Spirit left them. I'm including Pentecost. When the Pentecostal blessings fell, and you all spoke in tongues, you old-timers, having them great Pentecostal blessings and things, fell. After while you had what you called the General Council. Organism's all right, but not organization. First thing you know, you couldn't stand it; you had to go right back and become a child of Satan, and organized yourself.

Can't you see today, friends, the great Pentecostal move that did have Life a few years ago, can't you see it's being anointed now with myrrh? See? The same ointment was in this church here has come plumb down and anointing this one down here; dying out because they're going back to ecclesiastical rags, and taking off their white robed saints. The little people who stood out there, and a genuine Holy Spirit, spoke with tongues, and manifested God. And, brother, they was as honest and all wool and a yard wide. They--they absolutely was genuine; you could trust them anywhere. Now, you don't know what to trust and who to trust. See? There's something's happened. Something's happened. What is it? They're being anointed with myrrh, of bitterness. Raising up one...
What had caused it? One come in; there was a--a church called, the first was a General Council. Then they called it the Assemblies of God. Out of the Assemblies of God come the Church of God. From the Church of God, then they begin to look across and say, "You're Assemblies." The other say, "You're Church of God." Then out of that come the United Pentecostal Church of God, on an issue. And then the first thing you know, instead of accepting Light and walking in it, why, they done organized themselves till they couldn't accept Light. Now, when the--the baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ was brought forth instead of Father, Son, Holy Ghost to the Assemblies of God, they'd already anchored themselves so they couldn't change it. And they know it's the truth. I challenge any of them to show that it's not right by the Bible. It's absolutely the truth. But what can they do? They can't do it. See, they'd break up their creed; they can't.
Then what did the Oneness do? Instead of accepting it and going ahead, they got starchy. "Bless God forever. We got the Light, and you haven't. We're the..." What'd they do? They organized it. You can't organize God. God's even without form, the Bible said. No, nothing formal about God... Now, and the Assemblies tried to organize Him and make them--their--theirs the--the--the real church. And then the Oneness come along, tried to organize theirs, and they had more Light. So what'd they do? They blowed it out by their own selfish, bitter way they went about it. Instead of giving it out with salt and sweetness, they tried to disfellowship the other one, have nothing to do with him. And that's what done it. It'd sweep on. Then the first thing you know, up come another one, they got this, and now they broke up. One said, "He's coming on a white horse." The other one said, "He's coming in a white cloud. Bless God, I'll start me an organization over here." See what the way they do? It spread myrrh--myrrh. What did it do? It shut off brotherhood.
A many woman, man tonight in the Assemblies of God would like to come and be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, knowing that it's the God's truth. They'd be excommunicated if they did it. And a many Oneness of the... Now, I'm not Oneness. I don't believe in the oneness the way they do. I don't believe in Jesus like they say, "Jesus"; there's a lot of Jesuses. It's the Lord Jesus Christ. That's right. Now, and I don't... I believe that different from what they do. They baptize in the Name of Jesus, in the Name of Jesus for regeneration, that being baptized regeneration brings in Christ to you for your water baptism. I don't believe that. I believe regeneration comes by the Blood of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. That's right. Baptism's only an outward act of the inward work of generation's done been done. See? So I don't agree with that. That's all right, but they're all my brethren.

Now, organizations, you hear me spank at them once in a while. Now, I don't mean to say the organization's not all right. No, sir. But you see, you get just to a place you say, "I belong to the Church of God." "I belong to the Assemblies." That's just the same as you used to make fun of the Methodists saying that, and the Baptists and the Presbyterians, and we got right in the same rut. See? Now, them's all right; Methodists is all right; Baptists is all right; Assemblies of God, Church of God, them's all, all right. But brother, when you see... No matter where it is... Now, spiritual minded people, I hope you understand, you'll watch, that the first thing you know... Just like the first round of apostles, they were all spirit filled. The second round begin to give a away. The third round give away again. And then the fourth round, they went right on out into paganism. And then Romanism, and Paganism, and Christianity, and all consolidated together and made a universal church.

There's only two classes of people spoke of in the New Testament: the children of God and the children of the devil. Did you know that? You want to put a Scripture down for it? I John 3:10, if you want the Scripture. I'm reading it right here, got it wrote out. All right. All right. In Ephesians 2:2 they are called the children of disobedience, like Eve was, disobedient to God's Word. The children of obedience and disobedience have nothing in common. Then how can the Bride of Christ associate in a denomination when one's disobedient and the other obedient? How can one be the Word and the other one perverted word? How can a prostitute and a clean woman walk together in agreement? They can't do it. They have no fellowship at all. Come out from amongst it. It's of the devil; it's the mark of the beast, heading right into it now, all denominations; I don't care whose it is. God's taking, not a denomination, a people for His Name. A denomination won't receive these truths, it'll take a individual person that can see God, and look at His Word, and believe It, and belong to no organization, but live for God, not for his organization of intellectual wisdom of some bishop or something has taught them. That's right.
